Welcome

Yes, I know something similar has been done before…but I am attempting to cook each of the recipes from Dani Valent’s superb “In The Mix” book with my amazing Thermomix TM31. I purchased the book just recently through my Thermomix Consultant and I was so impressed with what I saw, that I just HAD to try them all.

I’ve had my Thermomix for 2 years, and I am a huge fan. But rather than turn out risottos, soups and beef stroganoff every week, I was longing for something a little more complex and gourmet… and I’ve found them!

God knows how long it will take to get there, but I’m determined to do it!

Thanks Vikki! I love writing it but life has got in the way of late. I’m hoping to post some more this week.
